The Crayon difference

We designed our program around how people actually learn and take action. Led by Stephanie Pow (Wharton MBA, Harvard MPA, University Medal in Finance, former trader), we're a NZ-based team that's completely independent of financial product providers.

Step 1: Seminar

A live session that builds motivation and demonstrates your organisation's commitment to employees' financial wellbeing.

Step 2: Personalised learning journey

Each employee is paired with a dedicated Crayon coach who maps out their learning journey. Coaches sequence our interactive modules based on each person's goals and starting point, creating a clear path forward, not an overwhelming content library.

Step 3: Coaching

Each employee's coach supports them through the full 90 days via email coaching and one-on-one live sessions, helping them apply what they learn and create realistic action plans.
