About Stephanie
Crayon Founder Stephanie Pow has had a career of firsts.
As a student, Stephanie founded Capital W, the first undergraduate business club for women in Australia. She was awarded the University Medal for Finance at UNSW, the only woman to have done so in two decades.
Stephanie joined the global investment bank UBS before completing an MBA from Wharton and an MPA from Harvard as a General Sir John Monash Scholar.
Stephanie held strategic and operational leadership roles at Vend before welcoming her first child. Despite her business background and academic credentials, Stephanie felt financially unprepared for parenthood.
Determined to improve this experience, Stephanie is building a better support system for parental leave in New Zealand.
